TXPL QMe Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 17, 2026
TXPL QMe is a Chrome extension for authorized Texas PokeLounge members. It helps with timed retailer drops and queue clarity. It runs in your own browser session: you add to cart and check out yourself.
Data the extension sends
The extension sends limited operational audit events to https://relay.2qck.com/audit for reliability and debugging. These events may include:
- A randomly generated anonymous extension instance ID.
- Canonical retailer product URLs or product IDs for relay, sniper, and queue events.
- Whether a tab was opened, skipped, warmed, or fired by the sniper.
- Walmart queue state summaries (e.g. your turn, low odds) derived from status already shown on the page.
- Relay connection and Discord claim / authorization status.
- Timestamps and limited technical error messages.
If you turn on Share anonymous drop stats in Settings (off by default), the extension may also send non-identifying outcome events such as sniper fire timing, your-turn, low-odds, or Target in-cart — tied only to the random extension ID.
Drop alert notifications (opt-in)
If you tap Get drop alerts on our site and grant notification permission, your browser creates an anonymous Web Push subscription (a push-service endpoint and public keys — no name, email, or account). We store that subscription only to send drop-live notifications, and delete it when you turn alerts off or your browser invalidates it. This is separate from the extension and entirely optional.
Discord role authorization
If Discord role authorization is enabled, users may sign in with Discord to prove they have access to the configured Discord server role. The relay may store Discord user ID, Discord display name or username, Discord role IDs for the configured server, the extension instance ID linked to that Discord account, authorization status, and timestamps.
Discord access tokens are used server-side to perform the role check and are not stored by the extension.
Data the extension does not collect
The extension does not collect emails, payment card numbers, retailer passwords, or full browsing history. It does not complete checkout or store payment details.
How data is used
Audit data is used only to operate, debug, and improve extension reliability (and, if you opt in, aggregate drop-outcome insights). It is not sold, rented, or used for advertising.
Data sharing
Audit data is sent only to the TXPL QMe relay operated for this extension. It is not shared with third parties except as required for hosting, security, legal compliance, or abuse prevention.
Data retention
Audit data may be retained to diagnose reliability issues and improve the product. Old data may be deleted or archived periodically. Local settings and schedules stay in your browser until you clear them or uninstall.
